What do I need to do to reserve the photo booth?
Fill out the form on the contact page or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details as you can about your event. ex: date, time, location, rental hours, number of guests, styling (it's ok if you don't know everything, but more information always helps). Once you know your date is available, you'll need to sign and send back the contract and send a $250 retainer fee to reserve your date. That fee will go towards your final payment.
***We can only hold a date after a contract and deposit have been received. We cannot save or soft hold your date. If we don't have confirmation from you within a week, we will assume you have decided to book elsewhere and will not email you if someone else inquires about or books that date***
When is the final payment due?
Final payments are due 14 days prior to your event. You're welcome to pay the balance earlier as well. We accept cash, checks and debit/credit cards.
How many hours do you recommend that I book?
We recommend a 3 hour rental for up to about 150 guests, 4 hours after 200 guests and 5 hours after 300 guests. We also recommend booking more than one booth for events with over 400 guests.
How do you fit in there?!?!?
This is one of the most common questions asked. While it works exactly the same, the booth isn't a traditional photo booth that you sit inside. Instead, we set up the lovely wooden unit where ever you'd like and set up the backdrop right across from it. You and your guests will stand in front of the backdrop to get your photo taken. We love this modern twist on the photo booth because it allows more people to be in each picture, you get to see the cute outfit you decided to wear and it gives us way more room to be creative with the backdrop.
What kind of props do you have?
We have a variety of traditional photo booth props that come to every event. There are different styles of mustaches, glasses, lips and hats on sticks, as well as little signs saying things like "PARTY", "YAY", "YOLO" etc. For weddings, I also have signs that say things like "LOVE", "CONGRATS" and the always popular "WEDDING CRASHER" and "I CAME FOR THE CAKE" We try to bring as much as possible so you have more than enough to choose from within the basic package, but if you choose to upgrade to a custom backdrop package, that includes a custom set of props as well that can be personalized with names or theme of your event.
What sort of gear do you use?
Canon DSLR cameras, professional lighting gear and dye sublimination printers to ensure high quality photos, fast printing and long lasting prints.
Do you do outdoor events?
Due to Seattle weather, awkward shadows and birds flying overhead, we only do indoor events. Outdoor events are considered if they are on level, dry ground and are fully shaded and under a large event tent.
How quickly do the prints come out?
About 12 seconds.
